Ar. Karan Meher is the Technical Director at Merit Redevelopment Consultants Pvt. Ltd. and an accomplished Architect and Civil Engineer with extensive experience in architecture, engineering, and redevelopment. His expertise lies in transforming innovative concepts into practical, sustainable, and compliant developments.

A graduate of D.Y. Patil School of Architecture, he began his professional journey with Ankur Associates, where he gained a strong foundation in architectural planning and engineering. He further enhanced his expertise by working on architectural legalities, development regulations, and statutory approvals, building a comprehensive understanding of the technical and legal aspects of construction. Before joining Merit, he founded ARKS Design Studios, successfully delivering a wide range of residential and commercial projects, including villas, bungalows, resorts, and apartment developments.

At Merit Redevelopment Consultants Pvt. Ltd., Ar. Karan Meher has played a key role in the successful execution of 50+ redevelopment projects, providing technical leadership from planning to execution.
